1. PRICES, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

The prices of products or services that appear on Land100mangas are definitive, therefore they include the corresponding value added tax (VAT), except in the section dedicated to the material, and aimed at professionals. The different types of promotions and discounts indicated on the website or that users receive (quantity discounts, promotional codes, etc.) cannot be combined with each other. If the product meets the conditions to benefit from more than one type of discount, the one that most favors the user will be applied.

If your company is located in a European Union country or is outside the European Union, provide your personal data and we will contact you to issue an invoice exempt from this tax.

The customer has the option of receiving their order at home. In this case, transport costs depend on the destination location (expenses vary according to the country of destination, as well as in special areas (Islands, areas with customs surcharges, etc.). More information in the shipping costs and delivery times.

Patroltshirt is not responsible for delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control: packages lost by the transport company, bad practices (not leaving notice of passage, not calling the recipient). We are also not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer: incomplete or incorrect address, failure to contact the delivery company despite having notice of passage, absences at the time of delivery, etc.

In short, Land100mangas. undertakes that the order will arrive at the delivery address within the stipulated deadlines, the moment of the first attempt to deliver to the receiving customer, but we cannot control bad practices or errors on the part of the reseller or purchaser of the order, which cause delivery to not take place successfully on the first or successive attempts.

2. PROVISION OF SERVICES AND COLLECTION

Your orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Every effort will always be made to meet agreed delivery times.

3. RETURN OF AN ORDER

- Applicable law:

"The use of our Online Store and purchase contracts made through this page are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Online Store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of Loures.
This provision does not affect the other rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation."

- Return of products due to withdrawal
The Customer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason. The deadline for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day you received the product.
In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must communicate to Patroltshirt your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example by email) to the address: comercials@Land100mangas.com
For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication
regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the period
of resolution.
Effects of free resolution
In the event of termination of this contract, all payments made will be refunded (with the exception of carrier costs for returning the goods, which must be borne by the Customer), without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest 14 days from the date on which Patroltshirt is informed of the decision to terminate this contract, provided that the item(s) has already been returned.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
Patroltshirt may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned goods.

The right to return and free termination of the contract only occurs if:

The products have not been opened, used or damaged;
The product maintains its original characteristics;
The product is complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned);
The product has the original tag and labeling
You cannot return:

Products that have been tampered with
Products that have been personalized
Products that have been produced according to customer specifications.
To return the item
Returns are accepted as long as they are made within 14 days of receipt of the product(s), as long as they are in the condition in which they were purchased and with sticker and labeling.
If you wish to exercise your right to Free Contract Termination, you must inform us.

You can choose:

Request a refund of the amount previously paid to the same payment method;
Request the sending of a postal order for the amount previously paid
After informing us of your intention to exercise the right to Free Termination of the Order, you will have another 14 extra days to return the items in question.

4. POLICY ON THE RIGHT TO ADMISSION OF REQUESTS

Patroltshirt has internal rules and the right to request admission, whereby we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with this internal policy.

This policy consists of the following:

Patroltshirt reserves the right to reject and cancel orders whose texts or images contain:
Insults or inappropriate language
Insulting or discriminatory content
Content that incites violence or advocates violence
Content that may offend and hurt sensitivity
The order may be rejected or canceled even after the confirmation email has been sent to the buyer, and payment for the order has been made.

In this case, Patroltshirt will notify the buyer of the order cancellation and will fully refund the amount paid for the order.

5. REMEDY AND COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES.

Quality customer service is one of Land100mangas' maxims, and therefore, Land100mangas guarantees that products and services will be performed in accordance with the terms provided in the offer description.

Furthermore, you agree to compensate the customer for any defect that is a direct consequence of improper provision of services, as long as it was caused by Patroltshirt or any of its employees. That is, the following rules:

Provided that the defect is constituted by a fault or error in the manufacture of the product, the remedy must be, as far as possible, the repair or replacement of the defective product. If it is not possible to repair or replace the defective product, the most favorable technical and economic solution will be offered to the customer. If the proposal in the preceding paragraphs is not satisfactory, the customer will have the right to terminate the contract, with a refund in the last case of the price paid (after the customer returns the defective product).

Patroltshirt reserves the right to examine defects alleged by the customer.

Furthermore, Patroltshirt assumes no responsibility for differences in color or resolution between the original image and the product supplied, caused by defective quality of the original image file. Claims to aesthetic taste are no basis for return.

6. TERMS OF USE

6.1 This entire website (texts, photographs, logos, buttons, files, color schemes, etc.) is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Total or partial reproduction of this content is prohibited without the express written permission of Land100mangas.

6.2 Land100mangas reserves the right to modify the commercial offer of the website at any time and without prior notice.

6.3. Land100mangas cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors when accessing the website, although it works with the necessary means to avoid them.

6.4 The customer voluntarily and freely joins this site, thus Land100mangas is not responsible for any consequences, damages or use of the information contained.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The User is responsible for the content of the images sent to create personalized products, and ensures that he is the sole holder of all rights in the images presented by him. Likewise, the User guarantees that he does not infringe the rights of third parties regarding the people or objects represented in the photos.

8. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

8.1. The products displayed at Land100mangas will be available for sale until stocks last.
8.2. Bids will be marked as such, and will be valid as long as they appear on your screen. These offers may be changed or canceled without notice.
8.3. Land100sleeves. is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using its products, whether direct or indirect damage, as well as damage to machines and/or materials.
8.4. The products we serve are made-to-order products, that is, we manufacture them using the design, image or photograph that you previously sent to us when placing the order.
The User understands that these works are made using sublimation and heat techniques, and certain materials do not absorb color as if it were printed on photographic paper or compared to the color we see through the monitor.

Our products are from a wide variety of different materials, of different nature: ceramics, plastic, fabrics (polyester, cotton, etc.), wood, glass, canvas, etc. Therefore, the User accepts and understands when ordering that each material can show color in various ways, varying the tone, contrast, brightness or intensity of the colors in the original photograph.

9. MODIFICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS

Patroltshirt reserves the right to modify the general conditions at all times in order to improve the products and services offered through patroltshirt.com.

By notifying the general conditions established on the patroltshirt.com website, this duty of notification will be deemed to have been fulfilled.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

The use of our Online Store and purchase contracts made through this page are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Online Store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of Loures.
This provision does not affect the other rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation

The parties submit, at their discretion, the resolution of disputes and waive any other jurisdiction and the courts of the User's domicile.
